Construction supervision and health and safety coordination for a school reconstruction with new classrooms and a small sports hall.
Project Details
DI plan provided construction supervision and acted as health and safety coordinator on the reconstruction and extension of the Strmec Podravski branch school in Croatia, for Petrijanec Primary School. The existing building was reconstructed, and new classrooms and a small school sports hall with support spaces were added on two levels. The building now has a gross floor area of 943 m², and the contracted value of the works was EUR 1.72 million.
The school, which had been running two shifts, can now teach more than 100 pupils in a single shift and has its own small sports hall. Our supervision covered building, mechanical and electrical works. The project was financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NPOO) with NextGenerationEU funds.
