Novi Marof kindergarten extension

DI plan provides construction supervision and acts as health and safety coordinator on the extension of Novi Marof Kindergarten in Croatia, for the Town of Novi Marof. The single-story extension, with a gross floor area of 660 m², adds four new groups (three kindergarten and one nursery), a dining room and support spaces, with places for 72 more children. The contracted value of the works is EUR 1.73 million.

The extension connects to the existing building through a lengthened corridor and is heated and cooled by heat pumps. The works are carried out next to a kindergarten that stays open throughout, so connections to the existing boiler rooms are made on weekends, without disturbing the children. Our supervision covers building, mechanical and electrical works. The project is financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NPOO) with NextGenerationEU funds.
