Glina Primary School extension

DI plan provides construction supervision and acts as health and safety coordinator on the extension of Glina Primary School in Croatia. The building owner is Glina Primary School and the contracting authority is Sisak-Moslavina County. The extension has an area of 709 m², and the contracted value of the works is EUR 1.51 million.

The extension consists of a single-story section with a connecting corridor along the west wing and a two-story section with an elevator and staircase along the east wing. The school gains new classrooms, specialized classrooms and teachers' offices, as well as landscaped outdoor areas with a fitness trail, an exercise area and space for outdoor teaching. The extension is founded on ground improved with gravel columns and allows the school to move to single-shift teaching. Our supervision covers building, mechanical and electrical works. The project is financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NPOO) with NextGenerationEU funds.
