Project Details
DI plan provides construction supervision and acts as health and safety coordinator on the Regional Pre-Incubation Center for Smart Industry in Varaždin, Croatia, for the University of Zagreb Faculty of Organization and Informatics. The new building, with a gross floor area of 1,655 m², a ground floor and two upper floors, is being added next to the FOI 3 building, Villa Oršić. The contracted value of the works is EUR 2.94 million.
The building will house classrooms, co-working spaces, a multipurpose hall and offices for students, researchers and entrepreneurs. It stands in the historic core of the city, next to the protected villa, so earthworks are carried out under archaeological supervision, and the mechanical systems will be concealed beneath a green roof. Our supervision covers building, mechanical and electrical works.
