Construction supervision on the Cerje Kindergarten build

DI plan carried out construction supervision on the Cerje Kindergarten, located in the renovated building of a former branch school. The facility has a total area of about 360 m², which allows it to accommodate 40 children aged 3 to 6. The project also includes a spacious fenced outdoor area of approximately 1,472 m², with playgrounds, terraces, and greenery, which amounts to as much as 37 m² of outdoor space per child, significantly above the usual standards.

Construction was financed through a combination of the city budget and funds from the EU program National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NPOO). The new kindergarten has already received its use permit and began operating at the start of the new school year in September.

Our construction supervision role was key to ensuring comprehensive control of execution quality, technical standards, and the safety of the space, thereby contributing to the creation of a functional, safe, and inspiring environment for the youngest children.

We are proud that our engagement contributed to the realization of this important educational building, which significantly raises the standard of childcare and the availability of kindergarten places in the local community.
